Congratulations on your 25 year anniversary for Parties To Remember. It is quite the feat to maintain your enthusiasm, reputation and general "sanity" for all those years in business. It is truly a testimony to the wonderful person that you are.

I am so very proud to be part of your "family." More so, I am proud to be your friend and to call you my friend. I sincerely thank you for your business and hope we continue together for many years to come. Here's wishing you 25 more!!

I can't find the right words to describe your fantastic production of my PIRATE Party. It exceeded all my expectations and then some.

Nobody wanted to leave. We sat around until almost 9:30 going over and over what a fun time everyone had. And then we called it quits, but only because it was starting to get too chilly to be outdoors.

THE FOOD!!!!!!! Oh my, if Pirates ate that well, let's all go back in time. All of it was so delicious, and presented so beautifully. Most guests will tell their hostess, "The food was good," but our guests went overboard in ohhhing and ahhhing over everything. Mom and I are partial to salmon, and your treatment of this was really the best I have ever had. I don't suppose Susan would give up the recipe?

Well, we could have saved our time and money on most of the drinks, your Pirate Rum Punch was the hit of the evening.

Chocolate! What can I say? I am glad to find out that we are not the only ones in the world who are Chocoholics. Mom went through and took a sample of each type that was left and is hoarding them in her room to enjoy.

The Picture Chocolate Bars were a huge hit. With the various scenes portrayed, it was like trading cards. If a couple had the same scene, they would try to get someone to trade. Fun.

I am so glad you invited the Artist to do the portraits. That was a nice touch for the guests to have for a memory. He is outstanding. I always admire people who can do that. I have trouble drawing a straight line. Please thank him for me for staying longer to accommodate the slowpokes.

You really had a variety of types of artistry. The portrait artist, the ice carver and ship maker, the calligrapher, and the one who made the centerpieces for each table. I think they all take first place for their efforts.

The Maiden in the ice was especially well done. And, so BIG too. It made the perfect backdrop for the appetizers, especially the little shrimps clustered around.

It is funny, when I told Mom about the ship and that it would be made of Styrofoam or some such thingy. She envisioned a big white chunk of foam with a few oars sticking out the side and a sail or two on top. Absolutely nothing at all like what you had for us. The detail is outstanding and amazing. Mom just stood around with her mouth open in awe and she wished we had a bottle big enough that we could keep it in forever.

The centerpieces were such fun. Most of the guests knew all about all the pirate movies so they would describe for us who didn't know, what the scenes meant. It was a great party gimmick to get us talking together.

Many Kudos to all the wonderful servers, the bartenders, the doorkeepers, and the cleaner-uppers. All of them were so gracious and helpful and cheerfully put up with us as we dropped stuff on the floor or just missed one of them with a drink glass gone astray.

I hope I didn't leave anyone out that should be praised to the sky for a wonderful party. If I have, please forgive me. It was all so very versatile and complete that I am proud that you did this for us.

Missy, you are an outstanding and sweet person, who really has it all figured out to do the best job ever.

I also want to thank you for all that you did to make Ethan's day so special. Your ideas are amazing and so creative, and I would never have thought of half the things that you suggested. Everything from the centerpieces to the place cards was well thought out and designed especially for Ethan, and those delicious Rice Krispie Treats !!

Missy, you and your staff are amazing!! No request was ever too large or too small, and I always felt that I was the only event on your calendar. You made it easy for me to relax and enjoy the party, knowing that you had everything under control. It was comforting to know that you always had a "Plan A" and a "Plan B," and that it was all discussed ahead of time so there were no surprises.

Thank you for a perfect day!! I will definitely be calling you again. I wouldn't think of having a party without "Parties to Remember"!!
